The Dahua DH-IPC-H5AE 5MP Fixed-focal Wi-Fi Pan & Tilt Portable WiFi Camera is intended for high-performance indoor security and includes innovative capabilities to improve monitoring efficiency. This camera’s 1/3-inch CMOS image sensor has 5MP resolution (2880 × 1620 pixels) for excellent recording. The electronic shutter speed extends from 1/3 to 1/100,000 seconds, enabling precise pictures in a variety of lighting settings. The built-in infrared (IR) illumination provides vision up to 10 meters and adjusts automatically depending on ambient lighting.

Users may swivel the camera up to 355° horizontally and tilt from 5° to 80° vertically, providing a broader viewing area. The fixed-focal lens has an F2.0 aperture and has a field of vision of 74° horizontally, 41° vertically, and 88° diagonally, making it ideal for room surveillance.

It records at 30 frames per second and offers quality options of 5MP and nHD (640 × 360 pixels). Users may choose between Auto, Color, and Black & White modes, with DWDR (Digital Wide Dynamic Range) adjusting image exposure for crisp images in contrasting settings. This Dahua DH-IPC-H5AE Security Camera has a built-in microphone and speaker that supports two-way conversation and G.711a compression for efficient sound quality. Connectivity is versatile, with an RJ-45 network interface for conventional access and Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax at 2.4 GHz) for wireless convenience.

Storage options include a micro SD card with a capacity of up to 256GB, providing plenty of recording space.
